The Site Pack exists for one moment: the week a principal contractor says "send your paperwork over before you start". If you have been working on word-of-mouth domestic jobs and are moving onto a managed site, or pricing bigger contracts where the pre-start checklist is longer than the quote, this is the fastest way to arrive with everything in order.
It suits a subcontractor whose work falls into a handful of repeatable tasks. A plasterer might take skimming, boarding and external render as their three RAMS. An electrician might take first fix, second fix and testing. The phase plan covers the project you are walking onto, and the toolbox talks give you a briefing record to run week by week, which is exactly what site managers ask about after the RAMS are approved.
It is not a shortcut around the thinking. You still complete one proper intake about your tasks and the site, and every document is written from those facts and reviewed before it ships. If one of your three tasks is complex or high-risk, we will tell you at intake if it needs the £139 treatment and agree any difference before work starts, not invoice you after.
