We collect what we need to write your documents and nothing more. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Two kinds of information, both supplied by you:
To produce and deliver your documents, answer your enquiries and handle revisions. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the processors needed to run the service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and we never see or store card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself; we receive confirmation of payment and the billing details needed for our records.
No marketing without consent. We email you about your order and your documents. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you have explicitly asked to hear from us, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Order records and the documents we produce are kept as long as needed to fulfil our legal and accounting obligations, which for UK tax records is normally six years. Enquiry messages that do not become orders are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep. Use the contact page and we will deal with it directly. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
